Susan and Richard Devane have been renting their farm cottages to visitors from all over the world for the past 19 years. Since retiring from active farming they have devoted more time to the garden and grounds of their 18th Century home which they restored from a ruin in 2002. They have 6 grown-up children, grandchildren, and a very important cat called Mocha.

The Coach House at Fruit Hill sleeps six and has a very spacious kitchen, separate living room, and 2 bathrooms. One of the 3 bedrooms and the shower room are on the ground floor. It is a traditional stone-built heritage farmhouse with an open fire, central heating, and all the comforts of home. It is a popular place for family holidays in the South East and is within an hour’s drive of all the beaches on the Hook Peninsula, Wexford, Waterford, and Kilkenny City.
