LetsGoSelfCatering.com is the customer site of the Irish Self Catering Federation for direct booking with owners. This site is to help Customers plan and organise holidays in Ireland. Self-Catering accommodation has become the accommodation in highest demand in 2021 and we want to offer all self-catering holiday accommodation to guests to Ireland on one site. Book directly with owners on this site – email the owner, phone or check their booking calendar for available dates. The aim is to have a National Listing site for all self-catering properties in Ireland within 3 years. We represent the individual owners, small and large group owners, agents in Ireland, hotels and golf courses offering self-catering.
The Irish Self Catering Federation (ISCF) is the national body recognised by Fáilte Ireland and Government to promote and develop the interests of the self catering sector in Ireland. The ISCF has been part of the tourism network in Ireland since 1998 and is part of the European Holiday Homes Association. Our Corporate site is Iscf.ie. At present the LetsGo site offers properties in the south of Ireland but we hope to include the North of Ireland in the next few years, in the meantime look at Tourism NI for details of the North of Ireland
Members of the Irish Self-Catering Federation all have the 3rd Party Quality Assurance for Self-Catering in Ireland. This includes online and Assessment visits to properties managed by the Federation. The Quality and Standard of accommodation and holiday experience is guaranteed to customers with a complaints system for customer.
The National Tourism body is Failte Ireland with the website Discover Ireland where some of the members properties can be found. The properties can be searched via the regional brands or via the county in Ireland. You can also search via the type of property you are looking for or the Collections where you will find Disabled Friendly, Group Friendly, Green Holiday homes, Luxury, large, Pet Friendly and many more types of properties.
Tourism Ireland markets the Irish Tourism to International markets and we meet a lot of EU citizens as well as customers from the USA who book directly or via Travel Agent. The Irish Self Catering Federation are members of ITIC, European Holiday Homes Association (EHHA.EU) with whom we work at EU level on legislation and regulation for the Self-Catering sector
