This pet friendly holiday home is a three-minute drive from the magnificent Kilkea Castle, set on 180 acres of its own wonderful woodland, gardens and golf course. Kilkea Castle enchants from the moment you drive down the beech-lined avenue overlooking the Killeshin Hills, only minutes from the ancient Mullaghreelan Woods. There are also an additional six 18-hole golf courses within a 15 minutes’ drive of Eagle View Holiday Home. Things to see and do in Kildare Kildare is famous for The Curragh Racecourse, usually referred to as simply The Curragh, Ireland's most important thoroughbred racecourse. Both the Curragh and the Irish National Stud & Gardens both can be reached within 25 minutes. The Irish National Stud farm is known for its Horse Museum and Japanese Gardens or for a spot of retail therapy visit Kildare Village, a designer outlet home to luxury fashion and home-ware stores. From Athy town you can travel along the Barrow with Athy Boat Tours and enjoy the sights and sounds of Ireland's Hidden Heartlands.
