The Cottage is located just 1 mile from Fenit village and only 200 yards from the wonderful Tankard Bar & Restaurant offering stunning views over the bay. The Greenway runs just in front of the house, so it is a great location for cycling and water enthusiasts. Not only this but Tralee Golf Course is just a mile away as is Tralee Cricket Club. Other local places to eat would be the Oyster Tavern and the new Spa Seafoods restaurant. Although you cannot actually see the sea from the Cottage, it is just 200 yards away from you! A a great place for a break away with family or friends.

The Cottage can sleep up to 6 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms. There is one single bedroom, a family bedroom with both a double and a single bed and then the third bedroom has just a double bed. There is one family bathroom with a walk-in shower. The whole living area is open-plan and encompasses the sitting room, living room, dining area and kitchen. The house is warm and cosy with both a wood burning stove to snuggle up with on a cold winter’s evening and underfloor heating which responds to the outdoor temperature to always keep the house at an ambient temperature. When you enter the front door, you can see all the way through the house from the porch at the front through the double doors out to the back garden.
