There are two Villa types within the Resort. The detached Villas are slightly larger and have 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people. They have an open plan kitchen and living room with a separate dining room area in the adjoining sun room. Two of the bedrooms are located downstairs – one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, along with the main family bathroom with shower over bath. Upstairs is the third and master bedroom with ensuite with shower and there is large gallery area which looks down over the living space below.

Property Location:
Located on the beautiful coast of Donegal in the North West of Ireland, the Resort comprises some 188 acres of land with extensive sea frontage and golden gently sloping sandy beaches. Despite its seemingly remote location, Donegal Boardwalk Resort is easily accessible within a 1-hour drive from Derry and just over a 2-hour drive from Belfast. Dublin can be reached in about a three-and-a-half hour drive time. Donegal is now well recognised as a destination for a range of activities including golf (three championship links courses in relative close proximity), equestrian, hiking, angling and water sports.
The villages of Rosapenna, Downings and Carrigart are located just 10-15 minutes away by car in this predominantly tourist area with breathtaking scenery, several attractive golf links courses, equestrian, angling and sub aqua facilities;
