Wave Bay Cottage is ideal for a 2 families wishing to holiday together as there are 2 separate living spaces. This property benefits from free internet service, underfloor heating-keeping a constant heat throughout the entire property. It is wheelchair accessible also as there are no stairs and there is also a large enclosed garden.
The owner has supplied a travel cot and highchair.
Entrance area: Upon entering the hallway you are struck by the ambient of natural light beaming from floor to ceiling windows and french doors from the sun room area, which opens out onto a sun trapped private patio area garden furniture to relax and enjoy eating al-fresco if desired. There are 2x L-shaped couches to relax.
From the sun room there are large french doors opening into a very large open plan kitchen, dining, and sitting room area with large windows with panoramic mountain and ocean views. This room is a perfect setting for entertaining, the dining area has huge window with a window seat where one can and enjoy your breakfast or relax in the evening with a chilled glass of wine and watch the sunset over the bay.
Kitchen area: Fully equipped kitchen with ample storage space, electric oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher. Large island with breakfast bar and 3 stools.
