GROUND FLOOR; The generously sized kitchen is excellently equipped and has an adjoining pantry providing plenty of storage space. The spacious utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The W.C. has an electric shower.

The comfortable, sitting room provides ample space to enjoy family gatherings and is very relaxing. It has a solid fuel stove, TV.DVD player as well as books and games for all ages.

FIRST FLOOR; The Master Bedroom has a 5ft bed plus a lovely, restored, original, antique, single, bed. The Green Bedroom also has a lovely, restored, original antique double bed. The Blue Room has a single bed. All bedrooms are carpeted, furnished and decorated to a high standard. A large family bathroom is on this floor.
