Originally part of a former Georgian hunting lodge dating back to 1826, the building has been thoughtfully converted to retain its traditional character while offering modern comfort throughout.

Set within a peaceful courtyard setting and surrounded by gardens, paddocks and rolling hills, The Stables offers a tranquil retreat with walking routes and sea view viewpoints across Dunmanus Bay accessible from the estate. The location is ideal for exploring the Wild Atlantic Way, with Schull, Durrus and Goleen all within easy reach, along with beaches, coastal walks and scenic drives.

The accommodation is bright, comfortable and well laid out, making it ideal for two guests. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living and dining area, and a spacious bedroom, along with a modern shower room. The Stables is particularly popular with couples, walkers and cyclists looking for a peaceful base while exploring West Cork.
