The Old Schoolhouse in the heart of the beautiful Carrickfinn peninsula, West Donegal, and on the Wild Atlantic Way, is surrounded by amazing coastal scenery and minutes away from golden sandy beaches.
While maintaining the character of the original national school built in 1905, the Old Schoolhouse provides quality self catering accommodation with all the luxuries of modern day living.

The tastefully furnished living room in the Old Schoolhouse with the original fire surround, school desk and copies from roll books, had been the classroom children from the locality attended until 1962.
The school closed in 1997 and the children were sent to school in the nearby Annagry village.
The overhead mezzanine has its own little library and is the ideal place to relax with a good book.
The dining area, with seating for 6 + high chair is spacious and bright.
The kitchen and utility room are fitted with all modern appliances.
One the ground floor there is 1 ensuite bedroom, and a bedroom with 2 single beds + childs cot
