The large open plan kitchen, dining and living room area is a wonderful space to spend quality time with family and friends. The kitchen is well equipped providing all you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday in Ireland. The living area has comfortable furnishings and a TV with access to a sheltered patio area through patio doors. There is also a utility room for extra storage for you and your guests. This lakeside holiday home has 4 bedrooms and sleep 8 guests comfortably: First Floor: - Double en-suite bedroom, sleeping 2 - Double en-suite bedroom, sleeping 2 - Twin bedroom, sleeping 2 Mezzanine Floor: - Double en-suite bedroom, sleeping 2 There is a separate toilet located on the ground floor and the main bathroom is on the first floor with bath and overhead shower, hand basin and toilet. Outside these pretty holiday homes there is a large sheltered patio area with garden furniture overlooking a mature garden to enjoy. Please note the gardens and green areas were reseeded in 2021 and the grounds surrounding these holiday homes are yet to be completed. There also is a vacant site nearby which has been fenced off, the site is not part of the Old Court Development but does share the access road.
