Fanningstown Castle is a romantic, gothic style castle parts of which date from the 12th Century nestling among dairy farms in the heart of Ireland’s Golden Vale farming region.
It has been beautifully & lovingly restored over the years & is now a wonderful 5 bedroom vacation rental home retaining many of the castle’s original features.

Fanningstown Castle is located 3 miles from Adare often described as Ireland’s prettiest village which offers golf, fishing, horse back riding, nice country walks, quaint shops, fashion boutiques and good restaurants & pubs to it’s visitors.

It is very centrally located for taking day trips to Cliffs of Moher & Burren, Killarney & Ring of Kerry, Rock of Cashel & Blarney Castle and lots more. You are within 40 minutes of Shannon Airport.

This castle rental caters for 10 people & we also have 2 travel cots & high chairs, the accommodation comprises of 5 double bedrooms (2 with choice of double or twin beds), 3 bathrooms, sitting room with open fire, library, dining room & large country style kitchen which opens out onto an enclosed patio area with gas grill & outdoor seating. Complimentary wi-fi & all modern conveniences.
