The basic price starts at €80.00 for either one or two guests. The third, fourth fifth guests etc will be €20 pppn. The rates are all inclusive. If you bring a pet, we have a €20.00 charge per stay. A deposit of 30% secures your booking with balance due six weeks before arrival. If you booking is less than six weeks before arrival then full payment is required. We know that plans can change so if, for example you book and later find that you will have an extra guest or two - no problem - we can sort out payment on arrival.

Listowel....one of twenty six Heritage Towns in Ireland has a long history. Visit LISTOWEL CASTLE, the unique LARTIGUE RAILWAY, attend WRITER'S WEEK, the HARVEST FESTIVAL , take a riverside walk or visit our GARDEN OF EUROPE, have a drink in the famous JOHN B. KEANE'S PUB...rich in history, you will be graciously welcomed. Our GREENWAY will soon be ready for pleasurable and leisurely strolls or cycle. BIKE HIRE - we are introducing Bike Hire, Archery and Airsoft. ALL TERRAIN WHEELCHAIR HIRE - we have two adaptable wheelchairs with electric front wheels for getting around town or the new GREENWAY A twenty minute drive will take you to the wonderful world famous BALLYBUNION GOLF COURSE. In ten minutes you can be in Tarbert where you can take the twenty minute ferry crossing the River Shannon into Co. Clare and on to the CLIFFS OF MOHER and THE BURREN. Perhaps a visit to LIMERICK CITY with all it's attractions like nearby BUNRATTY CASTLE or GLENSTAL ABBEY where the monks perform Gregorian Chants. The ROCK OF CASHEL is in Tipperary and makes a fine day trip. Travel south from Listowel to TRALEE and KILLARNEY or set out for the day to travel around the scenic RING OF KERRY. STAR WARS FANS - Perhaps a boat trip to the Skelligs where scenes were shot for The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi. A little further afield is a lovely day trip to BLARNEY CASTLE where you can KISS THE BLARNEY STONE and maybe head to CORK CITY or visit Cobh Visitor Centre (Cove) where the TITANIC departed from Ireland. INCH STRAND (location spot for the film RYANS DAUGHTER), on the way to DINGLE, is a lovely spot to pass a few hours before savouring the lovely fresh seafood in Dingle Town. Travel back over the scenic CONNOR PASS. So, with all these fabulous places to go on Day Trips, you can see why DERRY HOUSE in LISTOWEL, Co. KERRY is so well located to travel to them all.

This is NOT a "party house" and any misbehaviour/noise will result in guests being removed without any refund. Our guests have come North and South America, Australia, Europe, Middle East and Asia - so we must be doing something right!
