The LetsGoSelfCatering.ie website is wholly owned by the ISCF.ie, the National Federation for Self-Catering in Ireland. Paid up members can load properties if they wish.
Only members of the Irish Self Catering Federation can upload. To send an enquiry form for membership email ( info@iscf.ie)
This process can take 1-3 weeks to complete. Members send in an enquiry form, then a membership form with the 3rd Party Quality Assurance Form and return to the office of ISCF.
Within 1 week you will get approval to load property, using a membership code to log into the site. The property owner is responsible for loading the property onto the site. If you need help with uploading the media@iscf.ie will give you advise on our support desk, which is charged separately to membership.
The Property has to be approved by the support desk after upload, and this can take up to 2 weeks. The property then goes live on the LetsGoSelfCatering.ie website.
The ISCF lists properties for members, but does not charge customer for booking on the site. The website is a service of the ISCF to members who can list on the site. The owners put their booking engine or booking system in place and this takes payment or any enquiry.

Owner Details – Headshot of owner outside property and Short Bio -10- 15 sentences. Include First name, the village/town and county, Tourism region ( i.e. Ancient East).
How long in the business and Why.
What you offer Guests ( fresh eggs, local cheese, tour of the farm, details the local area…etc)
Why come stay with you.
Booking API – this may be your own booking system or be Supercontrol, booking.com, AirBnB – whoever you use to manage bookings. Workshops on this to be held in Autumn 2021

But Must Have 2 external views of the property, 6 internal views ( well lit, beds made, table set), 4 of the area.
Load any other photos of the house, garden, features, best things to see in the area, activity. You can upload a max of 20 images per property. If Images need be re-sized Upload Team can do but must be of ….. quality
Set Feature Image to get the best photo first on the screen. We suggest external view of property if possible.

By completing this assesement members will be agreeing to the ISCF Code of Ethics and legislative requirements and are committing to a consistent approach to quality for self-catering properties. Member will receive the ISCF Quality Mark which can be used on all properties. As part of our commitment to standards, the ISCF will carry out a visit to 20% of members annually.

If you have complaints about a property the ISCF will act as mediators between the customer and the property owners.
You do not have to have video of your house or a 360 view. But if you do have them please add the video the YouTube or Vimeo and past the link into the LetsGoSelfCatering.ie site . In this way the video is still your property, and we can ask for permission to use it. If you have video content at a later date we suggest you can get it into Vimeo and then drop into your site informant.
If you do not have video or 360 views then these boxes will not appear on the front end of the site
