The ISCF lists properties for members but does not charge customer for booking on the site. The website is a service of the ISCF to its members, who can list on the site. The owners put their booking engine or booking system in place, and this takes payment or any enquiry.

As you are booking and paying on the owners own site all payment will be made directly to them. Owners will advise you of their Terms and Conditions of booking, a cleaning fee, Safety deposit and any other costs you may have to pay.
Owners load photos of their properties directly into this national website. They include external and internal images as well as photos of the area.
LetsgoSelfCatering.ie links directly to your booking system. You may work with a portal or have your own booking calendar allowing customer to book on your own site. All booking directly to your own booking calendar will mean all income comes directly to you.
The ISCF has developed an On-Line Self -Assessment form, for members. By completing this assessment, members will be agreeing to the ISCF Code of Ethics and legislative requirements and are committing to a consistent approach to quality for self-catering properties. Members will receive the ISCF Quality Mark which can be used on all properties. As part of our commitment to standards, the ISCF will carry out assessment visits annually.
If you have complaints about a property the ISCF will act as mediators between the customer and the property owners. Contact info@iscf.ie with any complaints
