Paul Lennon is the General Manager of Lough Lannagh Village, together with his wife Geraldine they are responsible for the management & marketing of the village, comprising of holiday homes, conference centre and B&B accommodation. Paul has brought the village through recession which involved him looking at every aspect of the business leading to the business operations being adapted to meet current market trends. Including menu development to our clients specific needs.

Geraldine Lennon

Geraldine Lennon is Manager of Lough Lannagh Village & together with her husband Paul they are responsible for the management & marketing of the village, comprising of Lodge B&B, Self-Catering Cottages, Conference Centre & Café. Geraldine has developed & adapted operations to more profitable markets over the past 22 years. Geraldine specialise in networking the business, by activity exploring new business opportunities & inviting clients we want to work with for visits. Geraldine & Paul explores new areas of development & recently as featured in At Your Service, on RTE1.

Ronan O’Neill

Ronan O’Neill is a Manager at Lough Lannagh Village, the newest member of the team & together with Paul & Geraldine has responsible for the management & marketing of the village, comprising of Lodge B&B, Self-Catering Cottages, Conference Centre & Café. Ronan has begun a two-year project to build an internal database driven Digitalization Marketing Plan for Lough Lannagh Village. He will explore new areas of development while focusing on the R.O.I and K.P.I. of the business, ensuring the long-term sustainability of the business.
