Set in the grounds of a former Georgian hunting lodge dating back to 1826, the properties include Rock Cottage, The Stables, and The Garden Chalet, each thoughtfully restored to retain their original character while offering modern comforts. The estate is dog friendly, fully private, and surrounded by gardens, paddocks, rolling hills and coastal views.

A short walk from the cottages leads to stunning views over Dunmanus Bay, where guests can enjoy dramatic scenery and unforgettable sunsets. The vibrant village of Schull is just a 10-minute drive, offering excellent restaurants, cafés, pubs, galleries and a popular weekly market.

Located along the Wild Atlantic Way, Rock Cottage Country Estate is ideally placed for exploring the rugged coastline of West Cork, with walking trails, cycling routes, beaches and scenic drives all close by. It is a particularly popular base for guests touring the Mizen Head Peninsula or seeking peaceful accommodation while enjoying the outdoors.
