A security deposit of €200 in cash is required on arrival, this is refunded on departure provided there are no damages. Please note that for groups of 2 or more houses travelling together the security deposit is returned within 7 days of departure. Family groups only please. Electricity is charged at the rate of €6 per day and is payable onsite directly to the Supervisor. There is a handling charge of €49 payable on booking.

Kenmare is known as the jewel in the Ring of Kerry and no wonder with its location between two of the most beautiful touring routes in Europe - the Ring of Kerry and the Ring of Beara. These make for very enjoyable day trips from Kenmare. Kenmare is a designated Heritage Town of Ireland and the town offers a huge selection of places of historical interest to visit. Even strolling around the town is itself a pleasure with Kenmare having received awards from Entente Floral and the award for the Tidiest Town in Ireland in the year 2000. Kenmare was recently awarded the accolade of Ireland's best kept town on the whole island of Ireland and deservedly so!

Sunnyhill Grove are located just a 5 minute stroll from Kenmare town centre. Sunnyhill Grove each has their own garden (closed off from other gardens by a fence) These gardens are not fully enclosed.- the perfect setting from where to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and the breathtaking scenery for which Kenmare is world renowned. The spacious lounge is tastefully furnished and contains an electric fireplace, t.v. and very cozy suite of furniture (please note there is no DVD player). The open plan kitchen/dining area has a sunny aspect and plenty of space. The kitchen is fully fitted and stocked with all the modern conveniences such as electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and microwave. All necessary kitchen utensils and crockery are provided. Wifi is now available on a pay as you go basis in all the houses. Upstairs a spacious landing leads to three bedrooms. There is 1 double bedroom with ensuite facilities and 2 twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has more than adequate storage space. There is a main bathroom upstairs with toilet, handbasin, shower and bath. We also have three 4 bedroomed houses at Sunnyhill Grove with a slightly different layout of 1 x double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 1 x twin bedroom and 2 x single bedrooms which may suit some families better.
