A mother board room is a meeting place for a group of people whom are selected by investors to oversee the business and operations of any company. These are also called administrators and are accountable for ensuring that the organization is working efficiently and making wise decisions on behalf of investors.

In addition to a regular boardroom, a business may also contain a huddle room for the purpose of smaller group meetings and collaboration. These rooms are normally less expensive than the usual boardroom and is arranged in different ways to connect with the needs within the individuals with them.
