Uploading Your Property – FAQs
Q. Why is it necessary to register, I already have logs in from the ISCF?
A. Any log ins you have already will now become defunct. We are moving to a much more advanced self-catering portal and we require all our existing (and new) members to register with the new portal which is letsgoselfcatering.ie
Q. How long does it take to upload my property details?
A. Once you complete the online registration and receive your confirmation email you can upload. The process takes between 15 to 30 minutes.
Q. I’m not very technical, what assistance is available to assist me with the upload?
A. This is a self-upload system but in the event you require assistance for property upload, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch in 1-2 business days.
Q. What will happen to my current listing on the existing letsgoselfcatering.com website?
A. Due to the age of letsgoselfcatering.com and our wish to move all our members onto this new portal, it is not possible to migrate content agree. However, your old page will be pointed to your new page once letsgoselfcatering.ie goes live.
Q. How quickly will I be able to see my property on the website?
Q. Do I need to be a paid-up member of the ISCF to upload a property?
A. Yes, if you have deferred 2020 payment it is due January 2021 at launch but you may upload your properties.
Q. When will this website go live to the public?
A. We are delighted to say that this site will go live in January 2021. We will keep you updated on the exact date. But, remember, you can still work away on your listing so that you’re ready for official live.
Q. I have an issue with my listings, where do I go for support?
A. Please submit your support requests to email@example.com
Q. How many properties can I upload?
A. This depends on your membership level. The maximum number of uploads allowed is 30, either 30 properties or 30 locations.
