Brook Cottage, is a lovely bungalow style cottage with an old stone wall exterior finish. It is one of three holiday homes at Mill Farm Cottages – all located in a group like setting in the courtyard of a traditional watermill – built by the Great Grand Father of the present day owner.

Brook Cottage is homely and comfortable; it has a bright airy kitchen-living room. Sleeping up to six guests (+ a cot on request). There are three bedrooms, two of the bedrooms feature king size beds and the third, smaller, bedroom is a twin room – two single beds. There is a shower room and a separate w.c. 
The kitchen & living room are open plan with French doors leading onto a small balcony, which overlooks the river, village park and the animals in the surrounding fields.

External facilities include an enclosed garden, play room and barbeque area.

During peak season, July and August, bookings are from Saturday to Saturday – weekly/fortnightly or longer can be booked subject to availability at time of booking.

Accessibility: The cottage is accessed from the yard by (i) two steps and/or (ii) a separate ramp access. The light switches and sockets are located at waist level.
