Aoibhneas Carraroe is a charming three bedroom, two and a half bath property offering comfortable, quiet surroundings. Adjacent to the owners property with a private entrance and secluded garden. You will have total privacy. An ideal base for touring Connemara along the Wild Atlantic Way. The Aran Islands ferry terminal in only a 10 min drive. You are close to beaches, walking trails, pubs and eateries. 2km to village centre. There is a master bedroom ensuite downstairs with another double and twin upstairs with separate full bathroom. Oil fired central heating and wood pellet stove in the living area. Garden has a picnic table and garden chairs.

Open plan kitchen/dining and living area which offers bright and airy accommodation. There is a flat screen TV with Saorview channels, wood pellet stove, two armchairs and three seater couch. The dining table seating six and the kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons including dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob, washing machine and dryer.
Access to the secluded garden from here where you will find a picnic table, garden chairs to enjoy some dining alfresco or a morning coffee.
