This charming rental property offers a fantastic location with a wide array of nearby activities and amenities. Just a 2-minute walk from the house, you'll find the beach and a variety of amusements, arcades, and chippers. Splashworld is only a 1-minute walk away, perfect for a day of water fun. For dining, The Ranch restaurant is a quick 1.5-minute walk, while Brooklyn restaurant, at the end of the Promenade, is a 5-minute stroll. Coffee, ice cream, and casual meals are available at Mollys, Moes, and Sandcastle, all within a 5-minute walk. The Majestic Hotel, located directly opposite the house, offers great food as well. Daily necessities are easily accessible with Aldi just a 1.5-minute walk and a doctor’s, surgery, and chemist less than a minute away. The property also boasts a beautiful boating lake right outside. For scenic walks, Doneraile Walk with its panoramic bay views is just a 10-minute walk, and the start of the Back Strand and Rabbit Burrows is the same distance. I was reared in a Bord Fáilte Approved Bed and Breakfast. When my parents passed, I did some short term rental for a short time. We then sold the B and B. I realised that I enjoyed running the holiday rental and so I bought my own property, flattened it and rebuilt it custom made for short term holiday rental.
